As a supporter of Williams, they are totally lost and have been for quite sometime. Unless they can secure serious longterm funding and get key people in place, Williams will continue to go around in circles at the back.

I hope I'm wrong, but this pattern has been repeating itself for decades.

 

Yep, 2014 was a false dawn, I'm sure I've read that they've been behind the times in terms of carbon layup and mindset for years, "We know what we're doing", nope you don't.
