The livery is a one-off for Azerbaijan, intended to promote the launch of the new Tonale model. I'm a member of the alfaowner.com forum too, and on there we regard the name as a bit of a disaster in the English market. Someone did ask Alfa Romeo UK if no-one had spotted the toenail connection, and they said they had tried to warn the parent company in Torino, but...

The AR C42 is the only car running the blade roll hoop this year. And it broke. If I recall, it was one of the lightest cars going into testing. The halo did the rollhoops job. There will certainly be a big investigation into this one.

What happened to Alfa they were quite competitive recently, but  they sometimes seem to be no-where. HAAS was very competitive in Austria.

yeah, hard to say where the pace went. Bottas "defense" against Alonso in the final lap was probably among the worst I've ever seen, though. Not sure if it made a difference, but he basically didn't even try to defend his point

Did not saw it,  Bottas unfortunately is inept racing other cars.

can't find a replay either now, but he got passed by Alonso from from like 10 car lengths behind into breaking, leaving the inside wide open. Commented with an "oh ****, he had drs".

I didn't see this, but strange if this kind of pass comes as a surprise. Isn't it teams responsibility to keep driver informed about whether chasing car is within DRS range?

Thanks!

That was sad, though. Very weak effort, if any at all.
