(Can't believe this is something I'm having to ask and that Autosport/Motorsport.com don't make it an obvious option but hoping someone more observant than I can point the way...)

 

I've got an Autosport Digital Bundle subscription (digital magazine and website access/Forix) and am wanting to upgrade it to include a copy of the print magazine.  Does anyone know how I can do this 'cos the option doesn't seem to appear anywhere on the site or in my account profile and subscription details)?  ...Or do I have to take the slightly ludicrous option of cancelling my current subscription and re-subscribing?

I've been through that exact same situation the last two years. All you can do is bombard them with emails and phone calls. It took me six weeks last year to finally get satisfaction.
Because the bundle wasn't available I renewed a digital sub. They eventually responded and, keep it quiet, I got the magazine bundle free of charge.
