Funnily enough, Doug, for the past twelve months I have been in touch with Ted's widow, I have copies of all of his photos and we are planning a picture book of them.

I remember speaking with him about Parnell Racing a couple of times, but many years ago now - feels like 7-8 which probably means 15-20 (at least).

3767GT - David Piper's first Ferrari upon its debut, 25-lap Peco Trophy, August 6, 1962 - Brands Hatch.  I think...  Placed 6th.  The race accompanied the 50-lap Guards Trophy for  sports-prototypes that busy day.

 

Curious that in the same image there appear to be two cars numbered 77...     :confused:
