Yes, yes, it's the Emilia Romagna GP and it also has made in Italy stuffed in there somewhere. We know what we mean - a beautiful flowing circuit that is traditionally tough for overtaking, but also famous for building up the tension for whether it is going to happen or not, as fans of Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso can attest.
This is the starting grid following yesterday's Sprint race, including pitlane start for Zhou:
When is it on?
1400 UK time,
1500 local time
Will it rain?
Maybe!

#F1 #BBCF1 #IMOLAGP SUNDAY: There were overnight showers at the circuit (some heavy around midnight) & today brings further focus on a risk of wet conditions. Rain/showers are gradually moving NE, with current FIA guidance going with a 60% risk for the race. This *may* increase.
In memory
And finally, I would be remiss if I did not also say that sadly for all the wonderful racing it has brought us, Imola is also this - a chance to reflect on the sad loss of Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna, killed during the race weekend of the 1994 San Marino GP at this track. I have often seen it said that it is somehow unfortunate that Ratzenberger gets sometimes overlooked. In which case, I hope it brings comfort that I once read his family saying that in an odd way, it brings them solace as now his name is forever linked to Senna’s and thus remembered.

Knowing current F1 we wont have a race today
That's what you guys get for wishing rain all the times
Heavy rain in most of the region now, track will be soaked and it's pretty cold too!
Wet start for sure.

I actually think if that did happen, it would be more damaging than Spa ‘21.
It would show that there’s a pattern emerging of a reluctance to run F1 in the rain (proper rain)…rather than it being a ‘once in a generation’ thing as has previously been said.

@fergieweather
1150BST: Back edge of current phase of rain is about ~40-50km to the W/SW. Thereafter, conditions into the race look likely to yield a moderate risk of further showers, but some uncertainty on scope of this & their likelihood during the event. For now, latest FIA guidance is 60%.

If the radar is correct the rain will stop soon. But more (light?) rain seems to be a couple of hours away.
My bad, "soon" is probably in 30 minutes.
