I am forced to begin with sad news. Unless your moderator has even more duff eyesight than previously believed, Zepter, beloved purveyors of high end, yet hugely diverse gubbins, seems to be no longer sponsoring this thing. What a shame! Your legacy will live on in the form of classic race reviews. My thanks for letting me get through the less than classic races by idly wondering who you are and what you do.
In happier news, the Charles Leclerc Monaco redemption arc moves ever closer to completion as does the possible those who have been picturing the principality getting to hear their own anthem played from the podium. Will the Prince pinch Charles' cheek in avuncular fashion and yell 'that's my boy!'? We wait to see.
This is the starting grid, following a storming set of laps and a comedy pile up stopping any chance of beating them:
This is the tyres available to each driver
This is when the race starts
Will it rain?
Not looking good.
