I was quite shocked to see how much dust there was on Vettel's face, maybe I completely missed it but haven't seen any other driver all season have a face that dirty after the race. Could it be a problem that somehow manifests itself more on the AM cars because of design? Because if so that should be adjusted asap.

I've seen videos with even more flare smoke than this aswell
That's still quite short compared to 40 hours a week. I'm not saying it's good for you, just saying the comparison is a bit over dramatic.
A flare here and there can be cool, but some people always have to one-up last year bringing more and more, thus leading to a nuisance for everyone else, so I do think they should be banned (and actually policed).
