Interesting that there are more than a few people putting Alonso behind Ocon. It's like they are watching a different sport, but interesing.

To me this is a waste of time. Driver ranking? well I think F1 does a good job of that with its own.

Most of these seem to be subjective based on what looks like a posters reverence for a particular driver or not. Having no overall criteria other than a personal one gives no meaning to the figures listed.

1. Verstappen

2. Leclerc - Very hard to separate the top 2. Keep changing my mind who to put top)

3. Alonso - His own antics that have cost himself and his team points this season are the only thing keeping him apart from the top 2 this season. Without those brain explosions I would've had him up in the top tier even if he was still behind his team mate in the standings. Still his most impressive season since his Ferrari years for me

4. Norris

5. Russell
6. Hamilton - Again, hard for me to separate this trio. Hamilton has had the most spectacular moments but has also had the worst performances and been caught up in a few too many incidents. I think Norris has probably had the best combination of great performances, consistent pace and lack of incidents out of the 3

7. Perez

8. Magnussen

9. Albon

10. Vettel

11. Bottas

12. Sainz

13. Ocon
14. Gasly

15. Tsunoda

16. Zhou
17. Schumacher
18. Ricciardo
19. Stroll
20. Latifi

I’m interested to see where F1 publishes its own driver ranking.
