He needs to outscore LeClerc by 22 points if I'm not mistaking.
5 races left after Singapore (and 1 sprint race) leaves 5*26 + 8 points. (138 points). he currently leads by 116.
22 points means a win and then LeClerc max 9th? Not very likely.

If he is 138 or more points in front of the number 2 after Singapour, he will be champion.

5 races by 26 points available + 1 sprint paying a max of 8 points?

Whilst the first theoretical possibility, as others have said not very likely.
Don't forget the point gaps to Perez and Russell in those calculations about Singapore. He needs to outscore Leclerc by 22, Perez by 13 and Russell by 3.
Japan seems a lot more likely, as he needs to be 112 points ahead after that. So if he doesn't lose more than 4 points to Leclerc, more than 13 to Perez or more than 20 to Russell in the next 2 races he will be champion.

The condition to Russell doesn't matter anymore since he would already have to win to have a chance to seal the title.Whilst the first theoretical possibility, as others have said not very likely.

The battle for second place will be more interesting.

Vertsappen win, Leclerc DNF and Perez off the podium. That’s not that unlikely. I give that a 25% chance.
