Not quite virtual simulation, but I used to race 1/10th off road cars as a kid and for a while I've been looking at getting back into it. I've checked locally and there is a GT12 club local, not quite what I used to do, but could be fun.
Does anyone race RC cars on this forum, or have any advice for someone who last raced when battery capacity was 1800mA/h in a nicad and motors were brushed. I will check the club before turning up with all the gear, no idea. I'm looking at the Schumacher Atom 2.
I am concerned that I regularly make plans to get out on my bike, but it doesn't happen often as family gets in the way (long story for elsewhere), but I'm hoping that if it's a club meeting that happens at a set time and place that can't be shifted to tomorrow (indefinitely), it might actually happen. Also a nice social change.
