That needs a voice-over from someone who can ID the cars and people. But it's incredible. Colour - and closeups of known drivers. I don't know many Aussie specials so all I could ID was Black Bess but there are a lot of I'm sure well known cars there. Quite a find.

Very evocative of the era. Who of a certain age in Aus or NZ hasn't watched motor racing from the top deck of a sheep truck. AKA mobile grandstands.

At round the 6:35 mark, there is a shot of the Tornado's flathead with OHV conversion. Amongst the saloon cars, I spotted Hoot Gibson's Standard Vanguard Sportsman. And many that I have seen elsewhere, but can't name ATM

Yeah, the Ardun heads stand out don't they. And they are Ardun but didn't the Tornado have locally made heads ?
