Hello,

My friend had trouble accessing his account, so he made a new one. I’m guessing you have some type of IP tracking software to prevent spam and I’m guessing this system picked up on the fact he made two accounts on the same IP.

He is not very good at computer/IT related things, but I’ve explained to him that this is the mostly likely reason he can’t access his account. Is there any chance of getting his original account unblocked, and a password recovery email sent? I’m sure if you look at his account you’ll be able to see his posts to check he hasn’t been spamming.

His main account is jody391. When he forgot his password he made another account (jody3910), which can be deleted.
