The red 500 @ 4 mins 13 secs - horizontal twin, similar to the Aermacchi based Linto but 63 is too early for this. Looks like it might be based on the 250cc Motobi engine.

 

I think it is the Reima 500 built by Rene Maltry and Hans Georg Reiter

Not sure. But I have just received delivery of a couple Italian books about motorcycle racing from the sixties and seventies, maybe I will find out. But it will take time, I can't read Italian fluently...  :blush:
