I have little time for touring car drivers - but Will was an honoured exception...  RIP indeed.

20 years. Good grief.

20 years - incredible. Sometimes you meet someone briefly once, and they remain in your memory.

 

After the (shortened) 1993 Spa 24 hrs I dined alone in a hotel in Verviers. The restaurant was virtually empty - except for Will Hoy sitting , also alone,at the next table.

 

A nice man.
