Mike Rowe, Slim’s very good friend, has announced on Facebook that he has died. Shockingly quick downturn in health. He was doing well in June 2022 but became ill thereafter

I have fond memories of him racing our SAAB 900 Turbo a few times, and grinding down a borrowed socket or 2
