Thank you for your interest in Hype Train Tours.  

 

After a tumultuous season which yielded a bellwether year for RBR, the 2022 season was full of surprises.  The big surprise of last year wasn't the fact that the Mercedes Hype-Train went over the cliff and crashed on the rocks below but, rather that the engineering team was able to re-assemble it, get it back on track and score one win and one near win.  The juggernaut that is RBR was unstoppable and the Ferrari Hype-train was uniquely horrible...even for them.  

 

The McLaren Hype-Train with Ron Dennis Car proved to be a disappointment.  The rest of the field performed largely to expectations.  

 

That said, the tickets for the 2023 Hype Trains are on sale!!  ALLLLLLLLL ABOOOOOOOAAAAARRRRRRD!!

 

Which Hype Train are you boarding?  Which do you think is a hazard to its passengers?

Aston Martin have a lot of love and expectations but I expect it to be a false down and they'll be somewhere in a chaotic midfield.

 

McLaren to be near the back... they've been pretty atrocious now for a decade barring a small upturn in 2019-21. Still staggers me that Norris committed to them for years.

It turns out that the McLaren design team all came from the Norfolk Southern railcar designer group, so I've included a first aid kit and a few gas masks with my usual travel kit.

You lucky bastard, we McLaren fans have to lay each section of rail right in front of the locomotive as it chugs along, and that's after cutting down the forest (with a herring) in order to make the ties!  And when that's done the beatings start the previous morning and continue though last week!

Honestly brother. It was worse than the McLaren years as a LH fan, if it wasn’t for the prior success I’d have been unable to keep my head.

I’m joining the AM hype train and hoping Fernando is able to show his class again, as much as I don’t really like him I love to watch him racing at the front. Truly special and we have been robbed of him being in cars unable to match his talent.

Also Albon - I hope he kicks on and takes another step forward.

AM hype train has 'Orient Express' marked in the train with premium first class tickets but in reality it's actually the the 7.37 economy class to Bognor Regis.

It's a siding that connects to the heritage railway starting off at that station. It's full of old memories of long faded successes and a lot of anecdotes of long forgotten times. But to a Williams fan it is a must to visit Didcot Memory Lane Sidings. If only because the modern station at Grove Central is somewhat sterile and not full of great memories.

It appears the bus service is quite a lot faster than the McLaren car. So I'd always opt for a Flixbus like way of travel rather than waiting on that train that might never come.

I hope it's worth the cash- heard those that had such a limited edition ticket a few years back were left furious when the train could barely get out of the station.  Some complaints mentioned a "Hornby engine, aaaaargh".

Not a lot left on the Alpine Hype Train, or I should possibly say, not a lot of seats to see tickets for on the Alpine Hype Train - They appear to have gone for the more exclusive experience this season

Qualifying is about to begin and once Q1 is halfway over, all Trains will depart the station.  Once the trains have departed the station there will be additional service fees to board the trains during their first stop.  The Aston Martin Hype Train, due to unprecedented popularity, will have a USD 1,000.00 fee for boarding.  

 

The McLaren Train will have a requirement of a special speech by Ron Dennis prior to boarding on The Economics of F1 in the Post Originating Turbo Hybrid Era Juxtaposed Against Blockchain Based Currency and Potential Actions by Global Central Banks from 2024 through the 2026 FIA Regulation Changes:  A Look Back To the Future.  Opening statement By Ross Brown.

 

All others will be available at present nominal rates.
