Some questions I have:

1) What are Leclerc's chances of this unfolding any differently to yesterday?

2) Why are the Alpines at the back of the grid like it's 2001?

3) Are all the teams going to one-stop this?

4) Are McLaren, Mercedes and Aston Martin all as quick as each other now?

As easy a win as before for Red Bull, so just hoping for some sort of drama between Perez and Verstappen.

Hopefully Hamilton will do better today. I dare hope he’ll beat Sainz.

…Safety car(s) will play a part.

Bernie is such an asset to SSF1. Great to have her insight.

Brings a different insight to all the drivers they have.

Might as well toss a coin on that given the lack of practice.

Tyre deg is going to play a part I think. Hoping it is going to be a border line one/two stopper so we get mixed strats.

Going to take a long time to unwind the associations with that name!

Supersport in South Africa isn't even showing the F1 live, despite having channels available. Prioritising MotoGP all day rather.

Maybe the Red Flag BS effect? Dedicating 4 hours of basically dead air time maybe getting to expensive and risky for some broadcasters?

I almost feel that Turn 2 or Turn 3 will see bit more drama on lap 1.

I like James Vowles as team principle. Realistic assessment explained clearly with no BS you get from other TP's.

I also like that the grid isn't over packed with celebrities

Or just that MotoGP probably paid more for the air time.

Sky reporting that Oscar says today is the first day this week he's felt "vaguely human". I'm torn between:

- I'm glad he's feeling better

- That still doesn't sound great

- He drove that well yesterday when he wasn't feeling human?!

Landos comment about being 5th by turn 3 after Max has got GR63 ‘back’ is brilliant.

It’s nice to see the piss being taken out of Max for the over reaction.

Although he’s probably forgotten where George starts!

Definitely one of the best national anthem renditions I've heard in F1 in recent years.

How can you not love former Soviet states' national anthems? Terrifying, yet deep and artful. Beautiful performance, too.

There is a chance the anthem will be the best thing we are gonna see today.

He clearly had forgotten, since George has to deal with Oscar first and no matter how vaguely human Oscar is feeling I get the impression he won't be an easy overtake.

I like this anthem.

Not quite as good as the first year with the school children but a good show.

Between that anthem and calling themselves the Land of Fire, I can only conclude that Azerbaijan is actually Mordor.

Some questions I have:

1) What are Leclerc's chances of this unfolding any differently to yesterday? - Zero

2) Why are the Alpines at the back of the grid like it's 2001? -- Car not good enough, engine not good enough.

3) Are all the teams going to one-stop this? - Two stop for most.

4) Are McLaren, Mercedes and Aston Martin all as quick as each other now? - No

Regards,

Nostradamus

Thanks for reminding me how bad Benetton were in 2001.

Inevitable, even if the incidents starts as a VSC, then a SC is called, and then after wasting 5 laps they red flag it.
