These two sites are clearly owned by the same company. Why do we have two near identical sites on two different domains? Why not merge them in one?

It does amuse me that Autosport.com still persists with the ridiculously low free number of articles you can read, when you can go and read the exact same content (word-for-word) on motorsport.com without any restriction whatsoever.

I do get restrictions on motorsport.com

 

I am (not that) amused that after the merger, I cannot log in on Autosport. I have actually tried a couple of times to use some of the promotions for subscriptions, but it just won't let me log on anymore. I guess it is payback for the over 2 years I had "Autosport Plus" after I stopped paying...

I think Autosport logins were migrated over to the service/architecture used by Motorsport. We had to switch to email addresses from usernames and the login form changed.

 

(Forum login unaffected of course)

Yes that happened on the migration. Now you have to use your email to log onto the main site.

Autosport or Motorsport, it doesnt matter. To many this Forum will always remain Atlas.

I don't know why Autosport bothers with the limit on articles. You don't have to be very savvy to get around it.
