Does anyone here use a tablet on which the forum toolbar is accessible? I have a Fire tablet, which regardless of browser, Silk default, Firefox, or Chrome, the toolbar never shows. I'm going to buy a new tablet, ideally one on which the toolbar can be accessed. if the problem relates to all tablets I'll go for the new Fire 11.

I will never, under any circumstances, consider an Apple product, even if it works.

If it’s what I think you’re talking about, sometimes it can’t fit on a tablet, unless you’re in AltasF1 (orange) theme, rather than the Autosport (red) theme.

I’m an iPad user but I tried an android tablet for a while and I think the issue was the same.

Thanks PAYR. I've tried the Atlas orange theme, it's exactly the same. Is it accessible on the Ipad? BTW, I never use mobile theme.

Sadly I’m of no help to you now. Just checked with both themes and everything is visible on my iPad.

 

Mobile theme functionality is much reduced anyway. Wouldn’t recommend on a tablet.

 

Hopefully an android user can help.

Thanks, it's good to know though that it does appear on the Ipad. It at least confirms that it's not tablet peculiar.

This must be an Autosport peculiar glitch. IP Board, which this forum is powered by.and Invision is one and the same. Another forum that I use, uses Invision, that toolbar behaves perfectly normally. On this other forum it appears automatically. Using Autosport forum on the Fire tablet, there's a secondary Reply Options button which does nothing other than show an enable emoticons button which has no effect whatsoever. The emoticons are never visible either.

No idea whether Autosport have reacted to this thread or whether it was a scheduled upgrade but tool bar has come up for the very first time this morning. Thanks Autosport, either way.
