The new season of Formula E, Season 10, is around the corner!!

Just 23 days from now, the Mexico City e-Prix will be on, and a new season of FE's trademark tight racing and drama will begin!

All the teams have now presented their cars for the next season, so it's the perfect time for the Second edition of the Vote the Livery! thread for Formula E!   :smoking:

Let know your preferences, and if possible let know your TOP 11 list!

  • 2022 Vote the Livery! Formula E Winner: NIO333

VOTES are open till January 1st!

(you may only vote one car)

ANDRETTI

Team Andretti wanted to homage its traditional colours for the new season of Formula E: white, red and blue comes back on the car after years of Avalanche sponsorship.
This new livery was initially set to be used only in Valencia testing, but could well be used for the season at this point.

MORE HQ SHOTS

Spoiler

DS PENSKE

Team DS Penske is a looker this year, with a combination of shiny gold (also used in the wheel rims) and black, making it one of the stand-out cars on track.

Spoiler

ERT FORMULA E TEAM

Winner of the livery competition last year, team ERT (former NIO333) presents itself with a striking black paint with bright yellow and grey electronic-like details across the livery. Looks unique!

Spoiler

ABT CUPRA

Not much of change for ABT CUPRA this season: the livery pops out a bit more on the track by using a slightly lighter shade of turquoise blue and yellow highlights.

Spoiler

NISSAN

Nissan mantains its livery from last season, with sakura details at the back and a lot of red at the front. The red is slightly more vibrant this season, popping out a little bit more on track.

Spoiler

MCLAREN

Not much of a change from McLaren either: however there are small changes, like the absence of the light blue. A strong black-orange combo.

Spoiler

ENVISION

Envision presents itself this season with a slightly different tone of green.

Spoiler

PORSCHE

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Porsche retains its exact livery from the past season!

160feval2tst23.jpg

Spoiler

MASERATI

Maserati continues to be an eye-catcher on track. More vibrant blue this season, less of blocky paint design with a gradient at the back.

Spoiler

JAGUAR

Jaguar confirms its asymmetric black/white livery for Season 10, with minor tweaks. One of the most unique paint jobs on the grid.

Spoiler

MAHINDRA

After quite a dull Season 9 livery, Mahindra goes for a new look for Season 10. Matte, shiny Silver painting on the side and a big central red stripe that goes all across the body from the back to the nose.

My pick

1) DS Penske  (looks glorious in most of the shots, the shiny gold really stands out)
2) ERT
(looks aggressive and menacing with the black, quite unique)
3) Maserati  (that blue is something else!)

4) Envision

5) Jaguar

6) Andretti

7) ABT Cupra

8) Nissan
9) Mahindra

10) McLaren   (I find it quite uninspiring from most angles)

Cant help it, but ERT has the best livery. Im just a sucker for that vibrant yellow with black. Cant say that there are even close competitors. Tho I think the Jag livery has improved quite a bit without having the name over the car in weird angles.

Top 10:

1) ERT

2) Porsche

3) ABT

4) DS Penske

5) Jaguar

6) Maserati

7) Envision

8) Nissan
9) Mahindra
10) McLaren

Abt for me.  It's so very 90s, and gloriously so.  Runner up goes to the Jag, for the boldness of the asymetric look.  I still like the Nissan, but I will they'd done just a little bit more to update it this year.

The others all have one flaw or so which annoys me enough to keep them off the podium.

Can't vote, none of them are very good or striking in any way. Some are on the verge of being decent, but look like they just gave up...

We should be playing "spot the one that doesn't have black sides".

I voted for DS-Penske. The wheels top it off nicely. If someone had described it to me I thought it would be over the top but looking at the picture it works.

The interesting thing is that there aren't any that I think look terrible, unlike most other series.

My favorite last year by far was NIO, and now that it's gone, I don't really have a favorite. Maserati might have been it, but I think the bronze looks terrible against the blue and would look a million times better if it were against the black instead. The ERT is nice, but it's no NIO. The Mahindra is a step up from last year, but I'll wait to see it on track before deciding how good it really is.

They're all hideous, and look like they've been made by the same outfit....

Penske! is the looker for me. This is beyond the rest. Hope they will beat the rest, which is perhaps a subject too discussion.

The second is McLaren, I choose the second image you showed, it has such a sexy nose on which my eyes are fixated, imagination beyond surreal, but this is something for me personal.

The third, Envision, this simplicity is smashing...

Its a shame that the Nio colour scheme has gone from the grid as I quite liked it.

The Techeetah Black & Gold looks good, but not as good as the Maserati, to my eye anyway.
