How did Albon avoid a penalty for exact same action against Magnussen, which this board and half the English speaking world wanted Magnussen suspended for?

 

 

 

Easy:  Albon drives for Williams.

Not sure what your point is?  Thai driver in American owned team avoids penalty whilst Danish driver in American owned team doesn't?  :confused:

Easy.

Williams has a much larger fan base and/or sympathy factor by many out here so that if a Haas driver does controversial way more people out here will scream and ask for penalties than if the same offence is done by a Williams driver.

 

And if the Williams drivers is indeed not penalized by the FIA, much more support by many over here for that than if it had happened with the Haas driver.
