As best that I can figure, here is the origins of what is now Racing Comments, but back then was known as Readers' Comments at Atlas F1 http://atlasf1.autos.../aus/index.html 12 March 1996.

For the curious, you can take a look at the original Atlas F1 Journal (http://archive.atlas...h/dir.html#1995) and its articles and take a few looks at the various entires in the Readers' Comments and see how consistent this has been over the years.

I will have to mention that The RC did shut down a time or two (or maybe three...?) when things got a bit heated and as a result led to the creation of The Nostalgia Forum in November 1999.

If nothing else, something to remind everyone that some things are pretty much the same today as they were three decades ago.

I got my start here way back in October 1997 with something, an article, that certainly fit right in with The RC of the day.

Again, something different to do during the preseason lull.

Great to see that all the original AtlasF1 issues are still online.

Great to see that all the original AtlasF1 issues are still online.

Also great to have historical content from posters who are very much missed.
