Seems a bit of a hopium position for Daly to say “well I signed a contract and it’s their responsibility to find money”

In Pruett's last podcast he basically said that Daly's contract gives him breathing room to develop other sponsors, which he has a knack for. And in the meantime if he proves himself valuable, perhaps the team will kick in. The point being that losing the sponsor did not mean imminent unemployment.
