Obviously some nice ANF1½ and ANF2 cars there, possibly a FJunior there hiding in the shadows, maybe some Atlantics?
What about Sports Cars, many of these catch the eye of your lens?

What's historic about a 2-litre A30?
Or wheels of that width on an FJ?

Ray, I've passed your concerns to the meeting's organisers. I feel confident they will treat the matter with all the seriousness it deserves.

Barry Bray built that A30 near 50 years ago. It is a Nissan Fairlady Sports engine with down draft injection,, as it was in the 70s.
Phils FJ is running the [now] approved 6" rims. There was no tyres available to suit the previous 5'5" wide rims. Even then he is still stuck with the Hoosiers. That car is a very legal car.And quite fast. Unsure if it is the same car his father raced in period but it looks the same.It is signed on the boot Abe's FJ

I plead ignorance of matters in SA before 1972...
But I do note that the Datsun 2000 engine would have certainly put some life into the A30.
