Nice to see you can buy good stuff on Amazon but to be sure just swallow hard on the price and buy ARP fasteners!!

I watched this some while ago. It does reinforce that for consistent quality the ARP are still the best. And while having got too expensive in recent times it is still cheaper than breaking engines due to fastener fail.

I have had an interesting one recently on a 1/2 Ford  head stud. Unbranded with nice nuts. They seem to be too hard and has pulled the block out of shape. Head gaskets were fine but bore had distinct ring marks on 4 corners.
