Gale Banks on the Ford Duramax diesel

If anybody is an expert on US  auto/pick up diesels it msut be Gale Banks . Here he is explaining the Ford Duramx engine and it's very unusual valve gear. Two rockers off evey lifter and very complex shaped steel rockers

Duramax = GM.  Powerstroke = Ford.

Ford has several similar names:

Duratorq (diesel engine family)

Duratec (petrol engine family)

C-Max (crossover car)

 

Easy to get confused.
