Just read an article in Car Magazine (English) that Goodyear doesn't believe in specific EV tires.

Goodyear says the rolling resistance of all its tyres are is low enough to suit an EV, and it's already developed more wear-resistant tyres to cope with the increased weight. 'All our tyres are designed for EV's, and they all have low rolling resistance', says Granier (Jcbc3: head of Goodyear Mireval proving ground)

The entire tire industry is addicted to these charts. This one is missing life, cost, rolling resistance and impact harshness. The trouble is you typically play whackamole, as one thing gets better (say wet grip) something else gets worse (say noise).

The requirements for 2.5 tonne 5 second 0-60 EV are different to thise of an 1800 kg 7 second 0-60 IC car, so I'm not quite sure what Goodyear man is talking about.

that spider chart whackamole analogy is great.

Road tyres are always a compromise, as this is not racing where you have dedicated tyres for various types of wet, dry, temperature etc. At most you have winter/summer, but the tyre has to be able to handle everything else.
it's never going to be optimized on all parameters

I'll admit to being happily surprised at how well my Michelin CrossClimate 2's deal with every type of condition in my part of the world (dry, wet, occasional light snow in winter, temperature mostly in the 0-20 degrees centigrade) At least while new(-ish).
