Can anyone please assist with identifying the chap on the right here, talking to Lella Lombardi in (I believe) the Monza paddock in 1975?

Thanks all!

Don't know, but is that him again (fifth picture down) here, with his back turned?

Could well be. I know a few important people (to Lella) that it isn’t; I’d love to know who it is!

Drawn a blank on this from my March contacts; the consensus seems to be that it's an Italian contact. Still none the wiser .......

Could it be one of the Lavazza family? It's not their then-president, but just maybe their PR people would recognise if it's a former high-up.

He must be an Italian.  Look at that haircut, and he is wearing a snazzy sweater on what is clearly a T-shirt day.

My best guess is it's  Alberto Lavazza.  He was born in 1940, making him 35 in this picture.  I can't find another period picture of him, but there are plenty of him as he is now on google and I reckon it's him.

Thanks for all your help here Doug. The ever-helpful Gianni Cancellieri has confirmed our man as Mauro Piazzi. I'll save the story of who he is and the nature of his involvement with Lella for the book!

Thanks to all who have weighed in with suggestions and steers...
