Already staked their claim to the back of the grid

There’s also the JEOPARDY of Hamilton maybe finishing in his LOWEST EVER championship position. He’s never finished lower than 6th

I like Qatar because it's one of the more extreme F1 circuits in terms of car / tyre demands, and last year drivers, too. I don't think it suits a sprint weekend though.

Like others, Abu Dhabi has grown on me. It's much improved since 2021, and I find it hard to dislike any type of permanent circuit anyway. The track is also simple enough, a handful of quick corners, a smattering of slow corners. We often get organic races here, too, i.e. the fastest cars win, the slowest cars lose. Very rarely any surprises in tyre performance. Just a reliable, boring track I suppose.

Because it's the last race, I actually quite enjoy the weird atmosphere we get, sort of low-stress, "who cares?" type of vibe. But I suppose this would be the same elsewhere.

AD is low stress because nothing tends to happen in the race.

I've said it before, that although AD is my least favorite GP, I still find it less insulting than Bahrain as season opener. Because "who cares" is less of an issue at the finale than it is at the opener. Bahrain is insult to Melbourne whereas AD is insult to whatever.

Also, Qatar is more disgusting and questionable than AD.

But even taking all of this into consideration I still rank AD at the bottom  :p Qatar is 2nd followed by Jeddah in 3rd.

Grosjean’s crash happened in the race on the full circuit.

The race on the outer circuit was the dramatic one which Perez won.

And gave him a retirement home for the next 4 seasons and counting.

And yet, does anyone remember 2022 and 2023? Or 2020?
