Hello Everyone.
I am new to the forum and have read many posts with interest. I am looking for some advice regarding a green 'Beacon' made English suit or overall, which I have recently come across. It is a very well made example in good clean condition although the elasticated cuffs on the arms and legs have lost much of their elasticity. With Castrol labelling to the front and the back. All the numerous zips are made from brass and lock shut and are marked 'Lighting'. I would appreciate any help you can give regarding the date of this example. The design and shape are similar in style to Ferrari examples of the 1950's particularly the main zip which runs from the shoulder diagonally down the front.
