Sainz in the Williams will be one of the stand-out drivers of the season, and he'll almost immediately make Albon look second-rate.

It turns out to be Charles' only title of his career, as Ferrari go backwards in the 2026 regs.

WDC is won by that lad who is a brat that cannot start, bottles it and is not aggresive enough in wheel to wheel racing. Whilst his team mate becomes a modern day version of his manager. Mclaren retain the WCC.
Leclerc beats Hamilton.
Sainz puts a nail in the coffin of Albons career. Likewise Bearman with Ocon.
Antonelli turns out to be the new Vandoorne.
Doohan does not last the season.
Verstappen leaves RB.
Still no podium for Hulk.

Sainz will return Williams to the podium.
Albon to do likewise

Leclerc will be 1st time WDC, McLaren will win WCC but between Norris and Piastri will will steal points from each other.
Verstappen will do a Senna'93 esque season with a not so good Red Bull. He will be the key of driver market.
Aston will dramatically improve at the last part of the Season, and returning to podiums.
Antonelli will surprise everybody.
Russell and Hamilton will have a tough season.
Alpine will not deliver
Williams will be 6th in WCC. Sainz will be way ahead of Albon in the WDC.
Sauber will be last again.

Sainz and Albon to be closer than many think. Sainz might end up on top, but by a small margin.

Watch Aston steel the show
I don’t think anyone will be watching that…

This is basically what I have in mind. The real sleeper is Russell, he should be well on top of the kid and if the car is good he will ha e all the focus from day 1. Needs to bank points early, no crashes or slip ups because if he gaps antonelli the team is his for 25 by Monaco.Title fight between Ferrari and McLaren for both Championships. With every team being cash strapped for development of their 25 car (as they all need to hit the ground running in 26) everyone will have an evolution of this years car.
I just can’t see Ferrari and McLaren lose the momentum they have now.
Leclerc to lead the way in early 25, Hamilton to come into form in the second half of the year. Ferrari lose the WDC because of not prioritising.
Piastri will find another gear.
Norris will work on his ruthlessness and go over the line a couple times but it will work out better for him. He will take WDC.
Midfield will be too close to seperate.
Hulk will continue to impress. Sauber will be slightly better.
Red Bull will be 4th fastest from the get go, Max will be the most consistent driver again but it won’t be enough.
Antonelli disappoints.
PS: can we please postpone the 26 rules? Again we have a tight field at the end of a set of regulations.
Driver market wise, probably belongs in the 26 thread but I think max goes to Mercedes or aston, starting the fall of rbr to a mid field team.

Who comes out on top in each team?
Ferrari: Hamilton
Merc: Russell
Redbull: Max
McLaren: Norris
Alpine: Gasly
Haas: Ocon
RB: Tsunoda
Sauber: Hulk
Williams: Sainz
Aston: Alonso
These are all pretty much no brainers except Ferrari.

Norris to win it.
He's made big steps this year and is much better equipped for a title fight in 2025. The Mclaren still has the most allround platform of any of the cars and it seems their development path is most straightforward. Piastri will be even better controlled than in 2024.
Leclerc to become second (or win it). Ferrari to keep its momentum they have created after the summer. But Hamilton will take some points of Leclerc and will complicate the internal Ferrari politics. In typical Ferrari style the leadership will be too scared to decide a clear no1 until it is too late.
Verstappen to be #3. Will challenge for a lot of podiums and several wins, but ultimately the RB car will be too inconsistent vs a strong Mclaren and Ferrari. Will force Verstappen to take too many risks and we have seen that in this risk-taking position his conversion rate drops significantly.
Mercedes the dark horse. Will they finally make a car that is good at 75% of the tracks, or only on the cooler track temps? If they make a step, all of the above will be shuffled. Hamilton to keep having issues in qualifying versus Leclerc. Races will be as strong as ever after settling in for 6-7 races, but it won't be enough.

Don't know about what WILL happen but the thing I WANT to happen beyond anything else is for Aston to be competitive and for Alonso to get at least one more win.

McLaren dominance, Norris champion.
Hamilton struggles. Leclerc beats him in a similar fashion as Alonso did with Kimi.
AM bad start bu close to the podium at the end of the season.
Verstappen often in the podium but no wins.
Looking forward to be wrong
