I always wonder how well the mechanics know each other across teams. The UK-based teams are probably especially close since many of them probably grew up together and have moved through the racing ladder together like the drivers, but even if Ferrari is mostly Italians they all spend so much time at the track in close proximity they must eventually get to know each other quite well.

People who say the WCC is not important should read all the joy in this thread

Drivers come and go but teams remain forever. I have always been team supporter and valued WCC more than WDC.
