It looks like even a forum about hamsters had to close down because they can't meet compliance requirements. https://www.thehamst...rum-closure.79/
Looks pretty serious now the law has started. Maybe move hosting offshore?

If anybody is interested there is some UK government guidance about how Ofcom intends to enforce the new law (and how web forums can stay on the right side of it) here: https://www.gov.uk/g...e-safety-act-do
The problem with simply reading and abiding by legislation, is not factoring in the direction of travel. Laws are dynamic and mission-creep is real. This Act is not a frozen glacier you can set up a tent next to, thinking it won't move and wash you away. The definitions within this Act themselves will change over time without the Act even needing to be changed, which it could also be.
The trajectory of online control in the UK has been all one-way. You could move out of the direction of travel and go offshore. There is a reason why UK businesses are abandoning ship.
