The silver #11 car that appears at 0:17-0:19 appears to be Derek Warwick's car (It says his name on the side at least) but his late brother Paul also did a few races in this series in 1990 and research is leading me nowhere at the moment.
It can only be one of them.

I haven't watched the YouTube video.
But didn't Derek Warwick have a Honda dealership at around that time ?
He may have sponsored that car, rather than driving it ?
(Hence the name on side)
Or maybe they shared one car

He isn’t anywhere in the points table and isn’t mentioned in the commentary so I suspect his dealership was sponsoring someone.
