I was informed yesterday by Jim Sitz that Ernie was involved in a race accident in AZ.

Very sorry to hear this unfortunate news. Was this an incident at Phillip Island, AUS, or somewhere in Arizona (AZ)? Thoughts are with him and Elaine - trusting in a rapid recovery.

Phillip Island, Victoria in Australia, apparently he crashed while his Dave MacDonald tribute Corvette.

I have no connection, but there has been a 'Go Fund Me' set up by a VHRR member to assist Ernie and Elaine with ongoing costs while they remain in Australia.
