A journalist colleague of mine, based in the Midlands, is looking to produce a feature for a regional magazine on Wolverhampton born John Rhodes and his racing career.   John Rhodes was very closely associated with the many successes of the works Mini Coopers and also drove in Formula One (briefly) at the British Grand Prix in 1965.   He would be 98 years old this year.

Does anyone have any contact details they could provide?  If so, please PM me if that's OK.

I do, but it's not quite straightforward. I’ll PM you tonight.

His son Tim is on Facebook and is pretty active, even commenting on his 97 year old Dad this week.

Tim is in Wolverhampton, so I take it John must be relatively local to there too.

Hi Gregor,

Thank you for that Information.   Greatly appreciated.   My Wolverhampton based colleague is following this up with Tim at the moment so, hopefully, a feature will appear shortly.
