If memory serves me correct, the Top 5 youngest are Aiden Moffat (started at 16), Tom Boardman, Tom Chilton, Daryl DeLeon and now Max Hall (all started at 17).
Have I missed anyone out?

I have never heard of DeLeon. Boardman had money but short of talent. Chilton had money and was OK in BTCC

Daryl DeLeon is of dual British-Filipino nationality.
He debuted in the 2023 BTCC with Team HARD mid-season and drove for Unlimited Motorsport in 2024.
This year, he's with WSR.
