In 'Grand Prix Racing - Facts and Figures' by George Monkhouse, it gives details on first three finishers to Richard Seaman Memorial Trophy race.

It states run on Silverstone Club (old) what was the circuit length?

For races 1952 onwards it states Silverstone Club (which would be 1.608ml)

Hopefully this might help

Silverstone - RacingCircuits.info

Look at 1950-51 tab Club . Seems to be 2.3 miles. Same circuit known as the VSCC circuit for 1949

Thanks for this.

Further research has pointed me to 'Grand Prix Racing-Fact and Figures' by George Monkhouse & a number of minor races held at Silverstone in 1950-1951 (see 'Formula One Register - European Formule Libre 1929-1961' book) they both show club circuit length 2.278ml.

Hopefully this might help
