Hi,

 

I'm asking this for a friend (I know it's an internet cliche, but just saying as I have few details to provide more info).

 

She likes to do afternoon tea and is going to the Monaco GP - any suggestions in Monaco or Nice - I know we have Tripadvisor etc but looking for personal recommendations,
