Not sure if I can post this under TNF's rules but here goes anyway.  Having several friends and acquaintances who have fallen victim to the often ghastly creeping disabilities of  Parkinson's disease and its associated syndromes - not least the wonderful David Weguelin of 'Motorfilms' fame, and (of course) Phil Hill - may I seek support for a signature by home-resident Brits on this petition seeking better assistance?
