I hope they get this sorted out soon with the SC

5D chess from Rowland. Back them up, cause chaos and an eventual SC, ensuring that his energy deficient is wiped. A worthy champion indeed.

Mortara will be penalised for that too, he'll plummet out of the points.

Mortara really was the weakest link in all that stellar racing. Everyone else was great.

Rowland's putting together the single best FE campaign I've seen, I think. Imperious, all bases covered.

Glory for Nissan in home soil!!
One of the best FE races seen, just shame for the late SC that spoiled a bit the fun at the end!!
Well done Tokyo

Bit of a shame about that SC, but otherwise nice to see Nissan getting a home win and Cupra Kiro making the podium.
I am liking this track and venue this year, I think it has come alive with Gen3 Evo.

Fantastic race and just all the superlatives for Rowland. The most impressive campaign so far in this championship imho. Tokyo really delivers.

Rowland's only two bad results of the year were out of his hands. Otherwise he's finished first or second, and some of those seconds, i.e. yesterday, could have been firsts.

The whole main straight filled with japanese fans!
This event and venue will become one of FE's classics no doubt

That trophy doesn't have far to go to be proudly displayed at the Nissan Crossing showroom, where the car is already.

Before it all collapsed and he lost the title to Di Grassi.
I don’t think a similar unravelling is likely, but it is not impossible.

I think the most comparable run of form to date was Buemi in Season 3, when he won 6 of the first 8 races.
Before it all collapsed and he lost the title to Di Grassi.
I don’t think a similar unravelling is likely, but it is not impossible.
The championship is completely different now. Back then, Sebastien Buemi was the fastest driver in the fastest car, so he was always going to win as long as he didn't make a mistake or have bad luck, and that happened six times out of eight. In season 11, there are so many more competitive drivers and teams, so much more strategy, and so much more luck as well. To consistently come out on top every time is quite extraordinary and I think this is looking like it will be by far the best championship campaign in Formula e history.
Season three was my favourite in the championship though. That Buemi vs Di Grassi championship narrative was fascinating, having Buemi as by far the fastest, but prone to mistakes and with the threat of missing New York always hanging over him (incredibly that wasn't the deciding factor in the end), and Di Grassi a slower driver in a slower car but so much better at maximising the available points through racecraft and strategy. The race in Mexico City and the first in Montreal were my two favourite races in Formula e history, along with that extraordinary season finale in London season ten.

I voted sushi (love it) but manga should have been in the poll too!

I agree.
Rowland's monster season is backing up his former team-mate, Fenestraz's words:
"He's a Max Verstappen level driver"
Maybe not, but even Max himself said last year that Rowland should be in F1, based on talent.
If we look at the results, Rowland is trashing every team-mate alongside him in the last 3 seasons: Fenestraz is a super talented driver, and still got demolished.
Now it's Nato's turn, nowhere near.
While everybody else is having up & down performances, he's always at the front, no matter if it's dry, wet, pit boost race or peleton race.
Very, very impressive, but let's see.
The Championship is still long, and we've seen crazier things happen in Formula E.

I think psycially Rowland might need to work hard to get in shape for F1, but it might be visual. He is certainly doing very well in FE, I don't believe I have seen such dominant season in this series. But of course, the championship is indeed crazy and one bad weekend might bring the others into play as well. It is looking less and less likely indeed.
