After two weeks of less than optimal atmosphere for the McLaren Team (the intimidatory expedition of Dennis and Haug against poor Enrique Bernoldi and the Newey fiasco), punk rockers The Clash have offered a solution to improve the life of McLaren's mechanics and technicians and have offered to allow the team to play in their garage, free of charge, one of their smash hits.

Ron Dennis, team manager of the team, still has not comfirmed if he will accept the offer to play "Should I stay or should I go" in the garage area during the three days of the Canadian Grand Prix.

And over at Ferrari, in the stall of car #2 they'll be playing "I'm on the Outside" and "No Excuses."

MS stall will feature "My Way or the Highway."

Bernie and Max will play "And Justice For All."

Villeneuve and Eddie Jordan will play "I Think I'm Turning Japanese."

All of this, with the right special effects, may yet give F1 a fighting chance in America....

And over at Jordan, SLF's "Suspect device" can be heard floating
eerily down the paddock as the LC software engineer opens up
laptop.....

"I fought the law" (and the law won) might have an effect on Ron&Co:s bloodpressure ?;)

I heard that Newey was going to send a tape of Johnny Paycheck's "Take This Job and Shove It" to Ron Dennis, but then decided later to send it to Jaguar!

Johnny Herbert has "I hear you knocking but you can't come in" stuck in his head since last year.

Newey is probably singing “Anarchy in the UK” at this very moment

Ron's gonna sing “Heartbreak Hotel” on full throttle if Newey leaves

Bobby Rahal were first heard singing “Do you really want to hurt me” but the last day he’s changed it for “How do you sleep?”

While we know for a fact that Mika&Michael prefers “Smoke on the water”, which is suitable with the tracks location in Montreal.
