And Peeko, lowering the car is faboulous!! The car is terrific!

New time yesterday afer another 10 laps:
1:02:950

But in the 1st two sections I am faster, 0,7 sec faster even, and I lose all in the 3th section!! I hate that section!!!!

Got myself some more wing, but still the 3th section is the one what blows my times!!

But hey, just a couple more of day's and I'll try to enter the 1:01:XXX barriere!

Moving slightly off topic, in the GT mode who out there has the world speed record? With only my own speeds to go on I'll assume I hold the record! If anyone can beat 427.85km/h (on the test oval of course) I'll happily stand aside. However be prepared for some serious competition!!

We're heading waaay off topic but who cares. I haven't visited your webstite, mainly because I don't agree with it. That is your belief and I won't try to tell you otherwise. My question is this:

I was suspicious of Benneton & MS using TC in '94. What is your opinion on this and how does that affect Jos the Boss, Schumi's team-mate for a large portion of the year??

I do believe he has real talent, anyone who can get a Simtek into the points (Brazil 95? He didn't finish, but he got the car up there just the same) deserves applause.

Sorry for the off topic thing here... but indeed, who cares... BUT...I'm glad you asked because people get the wrong immpresion on this.

Jos drove indeed in the same named car as Schumacher who won the title that season. But you mustn't forget that Schumacher had the number one status. I believe he was the only driver to use this illegal system that season, and that was no secret. this was also the case in 95, later at Ferrari still in 96, 97, 98, 99 untill now in 2000...... He is the number one..... contractual. (well, suposely not in 2000, but I think he still is, the team favours him)

Jos then told he didn't get the same equipment. Rumor is that jos has been replaced because he didn't want to keep his low status in the team and he wanted changes, jos would be to fast then, and schumacher chose another partner to team him up. Don't forget Schumacher has to do much with this choise also.

The Arrows he has this season, Jos calls it the best car he has driven, including the Benetton from 94.

How is this possible? Did they make ONE car, and one just because there are two drivers? Yes, and all this to make Schumacher's perfromance even look better, by outqualfieng/outracing his team mate he hopes for THE BETS status. But how he accomplisch his status in the teams, isn't really fair and square.

But that's life. Jos left and that was the best thing he could do. simtek was a wrong choise, still Jos perfromed better than the car was capable of.

MS and Benetton used TC in 94, possibly also in 95. Only MS? Yes, to obtain proof he is the #1 driver in the team, what make stuff easier for him. And the support of the team, voila.

Why should they do this? Well, everything can be won then..... status, victory's, title.... Well, and they did. But it's the WAY they did it, what strikes me so hard!

I'm Anti-Schumacher because I have a strong reason to believe Schumacher's so called famous "factor" the "Schumacher-factor" is nothing more than outstanding perfromance of the car he drives thanks to traction control. AND that is really not nice of course, and must never be reveiled in public. Just imagine!

Schumacher the BETS Ferrari driver EVER thanks to TC. Just imagine! but the possibility is there, and everybody knows it.

Schumacher's adverange performance on siverstone made many people think of course, escpeccially because the new rules to BAN TC at last!!!!

Jos always knew he didn't got the same metreial, threathment etc. they couldn't make 2 winning cars.... simple. Jos left and he never had much luck untill this season....

This is a prommising season, in many ways.

Schumacher won't win the title. I'm sure of that!!

Hmmmm... The problem as I see it is that when ever you get someone of Schumacher's calibre in a team there will never be equal No1s, ALWAYS one driver will be quicker. No matter how much he fights against it Rubens will really be a No2... The same as Coulthard is. It has been proven time and again that two No1 drivers in a team do not work (Senna & Prost, Mansell & Prost, Piquet & Mansell etc), so I'm afraid Rubens has made a bad choice there!!
It was once stated in Formula One that to be accused of cheating is the highest compliment...

PS: Have you ever recieved mail/comments about your website from the man himself? I for one would be interested as to what he would have to say!

Well Jans problem was always in qualifying, in the races no problems, he finished more races than Rubens.

it was Jackie's way of running a team. It was a hard choise, he didn't seem to have a problem with that.

it wasn't such a good runned team that moment, and the dirvers's hard moments weren't really considered well durinf thew season. They were desperade.

No good words about that dicision there. Honnestly. Jos found out their'e big problems there indeed. He sufered there the same.

I think Jan's career was ruined when he won 21 out of 24 (those the correct figures??) races in F3 and everyone said he would be better than Senna... Sadly he didn't live up to everyone's hopes and now is consigned to that large pile of 'failed F1 drivers' now dominating sports-car racing the world over!
