Fila Holding and Ferrari have signed a three-year deal for the manufacturing and worldwide distribution of sports footwear featuring the Ferrari brand to start from 2002.
The relationship will also put an end to the previous deal, signed in 1999, between the Maranello-based team and US designer Tommy Hilfiger. FILA is set to become the team's official sponsor for both its official racing clothing as well as its leisure wear.
The deal is set to end in 2004, with a renewal option for 2005.
