After the extremely ugly Williams car and Irvine''s helmet, we have the newest addition to the ugly club - Arrows.
They have dumped their black livery to go completely orange.

I for one don't think it looks so bad ,in fact it will stand out alot unlike the williams/benneton/Sauber/Bar.Between it the Jordan & the Minardi we might need sunglass'
watching the races.

Seriously though, I quite like it, it makes a change and it'll help everyone else to see them a lot better when they are lapping them.

I had seen an Arrows preview paintjob which had considerable black and orange which had a lot of potential as a paint job. They won't stick with that paint job and here's why: White decals do not show up well on orange paint. Orange or white decals on black paint do as do black decals on orange paint. I am certain that Arrows will have both black and orange and that that paintjob was just to commemorate the Orange sponsorship. If not Arrows marketing are ******* and so are the team artists who think up these paint jobs.

Nice to see there´s two orange teams on the track. And at least one of them have the decency to spell it out on the side! No way you´ll mistake Arrows from a certain italian orange team...

It looks like an F1 IROC car. I guess they thought all the good colors were taken. It also reminds me of a Malibu Grand Prix Lola. Of cours they would only use that sort of shade because they want a bunch of different colored cars too.

I still sort of wish them luck. Michael Schumacher says that Jos is better than people think. I'd like to know once and for all if any of the Jos hype is justified.

I also think the black Arrows car from a couple of seasons ago was about the prettiest car for ages. Agreeing with the MoT is really scaring me now

I like it, although it should be more of a red-orange than a yellow-orange, hmm this is sounding verrrry gay ... and it needs white on it.

A nihilist could point out here that the car in the picture is not A21 it is the -99 season(and 98)Arrows with their new colors. The new A21 looks a lot more better than the old high nose -98 Arrows design.
My opinnion is that Orange suits to F1 car as good as Jordans Yellow, Ferraris allmost orange Red or Jaguars Green. It is a simpple and easily recognizable color unlike Benettons and Saubers Blue shambles. However McLaren is still in the league of their own with their livery, it is simply the best I have ever seen.

Tomerell, yes the McLaren's look good. Sure. At least in TV. But when I saw all the cars in real life at Hungary 1998 I was really amazed how *astonishing* the Ferraris look and I am definitely not a Ferrari fan. IMO the Ferraris were head and shoulders above the rest. And mostly it amazed me because the Ferraris look so pale and dull and *orange* in TV. Well they are not. I guess the colorscheme just does deliver that good over the TV.

I still say BAR '99 was the BEST EVER!! I just saw the car up close and personal at the Donington museum a few weeks back. Had also seen it here in Montreal last June in the pit garage. Maybe it's just me because I know I'm gonna get flack from the purists out there, but I thought it was really cool, an eye catcher! A little bit of originality and A LOT of attitude (towards the FIA and their stupid rules)! Yes, the car ran like ****, am not even sure I should use the word "ran" because it usually didn't, but it looked cool sitting on the grass beside the track!

I have seen an entirely black Ferrari F1. It was not painted and had ni decals. Yak!!!
