The fia has cleared ferraris and jordans cockpits to race on sunday.
Ferrari are like manchester united, they get away with everything. The fia do not have will to punish ferrari for there errors.
At least jordan got away with it.;)

Goh oh boy........ What a suprise...
FIA declared the Ferrari legal.... and also the Jordans of course.....
I wonder how there will be reacted on the news that Schumacher will use in 2000 also a new double clutch system, like McLaren did in 98... wich was banned because it would be a traction control like device. On demand of Ferrari. How will McLarten react on this? This will be an very exciting 2000 season.......... BELIEVE Moi!

because they were legal. This was an issue only in the British press and in Ron Dennis's personal agenda.

Neither Ferrari nor Jordan would take their cars to Australia to not race them. Knowing they had a problem.
Each design is their interpretation of the regulations, without this flexibility all teams would be forced to build to the same plans.
