I think there were three F1 games released last year, I have a PS1 after a 12 mointh absence and won't be buying a PS2 before the price drops dramatically. So I am looking at buying one of last years games but which is best?? I know there is an EA sports one as well as the oficial one ... and I am sure there is one more. WHICH IS BEST!!!

I was just about to post this same question. I've also been wondering about that. I have EA Sports F1 Championship Season 2000. It's pretty good if you're trying to set fast times by yourself, but the racing suffers because the AI kind of sucks. I was able to lap the entire field twice just after halfway through a 16-lap GP (I think it was Silverstone) at the hardest difficulty level, and was well on my way to lapping them a third time when I gave u from sheer boredom.

So, what about these other games, guys? What about F1 World Grand Prix, F1 World Championship, and Psygnosis/Midway's Formula One 2000? (Incidentally, I saw the latter for the first time today in Kmart for $10. I nearly bought it, but then I figured there might be a very good reason for the bargain basement price, so I kept my money.)

Yeah EA's F1 2000 was way too easy, and I have been scared to try out any of the other ones, out of fear of wasting my money.

As per usual with PS driving games.
