The Yahoo article mentions that Massa is the leader of the current euro 3000 series. How does that series rates in terms of drivers and teams level? is it as good as "the" F3000 series? Did any of the current F1 or cart drivers drove in that series?

OK, assuming this happens...what happens with Badoer?

Will Ferrari have 2 testers?

Ive heard that Ferrari wants 2 test drivers. So Badoer wil stay and Massa joins the test team.

Further the Euro F3000 (formally known as the Italian F3000) championship is a competive championship. Last year champion Ricardo Sperafico, third-placed Gabriele Lancieri and fourth-placed Rodrigo Sperafico all graduated to International F3000 for 2001.

About Felipe Massa: Last year's Eurocup and Italian Formula Renault champion, the Brazilian signed for Draco Racing early in the winter, and from the start has been consistently the pace-setter in testing.

I've heard that Badoer has taken a page out of Irvines book. Maybe ol' Eddie taught him a thing or two while he was in Maranello, like how to prioritize between work and women, emphasis on the latter of course.

Nothing is signed yet.

But will be, i think. Afterall at least for FIAT, brazilian drivers are good "products". So, it's normal since they are thinking put RB out.

Massa was European (even losing 3or 4 races due schedule and lack of sponshorship) and Italian F-Renault.

Massa beat Kimi when they raced together at european championship.

But Kimi did the right thing. He chose the brit F-Renault championship as his principal. Massa chose Italy.

Felipe Massa is well known in Italy due his performance since last year. This year i think he was cover of "Autosprint", the most famous italian motorsport magazine.

At Euro F3000, in 3 races, he won 3 times. Total domination between the germans, italians and brazilians- specially - there.

Massa and Pizzonia are the main bets for brazilian future at F1.

There is also Pharphus (99% probability of misspelling;) ) who races in F2000. From what I've seen so far, we might hear more of him in the next years.
