Is there a GP3 version of the old Monza track including the old oval section?
Any info regaring the old oval is also welcome.
Last time used, how the race was run(as there seem to be a choice wether to take the oval track or the normal track when going down the pitlane straight) etc..

I played it, but its not under the name "Monza", it is under a different name. I think it was by the same bloke who made the Paul Ricard track.

OK, does it include the Oval section?
After seeing the 1966 Classic "Grand Prix" I couldn't quite figure out how the race was ran, I mean apparently the oval section is included a lap, but when there's a shot looking towards where the Prima Variante(1st chicane) now is I get the feeling they had a choice of wether to run on the oval or on the normal track(maybe this question doesn't belong here though)
So I was wondering if there was a GP3 version of it(or perhaps in GPL?)
BTW, if you find a link to the GP3 track plz post..

The way they raced at Monza on the combined circuit was like this: assuming they started on the left side of the wide Start/Finish straight, they would go into Curva Grande, then the Lesmos, Vialone and Parabolica. Parabolica enters the S/F straight on the right and they would stay on that side to enter the Curva Nord of the oval. They would then go round the oval and come out of the Curva Sud onto the left side of the S/F straight, completing one lap. I wouldn't know if and how the two sides of the S/F straight were separated, perhaps cones? You can see a track-map here: http://www.forix.com...&l=0&r=5507&c=0

I have no idea about GP3, but there is a version of this track for GPL. It's called "Milano", a fun track great for multiplayer, but not a completely realistic recreation (e.g. you don't pass the same S/F straight twice).

Yes the version has the oval, and there is a version without the banking on another site, so you can't lose.

I think it is one, maybe by Bellini.

I believe it was made by Marc Aarts, who made the Paul Ricard and Hermanos Rodriguez tracks. Unfortunately, the site you cannot get into, as a Geocities, site not found screen comes up. :(
It could be found at http://www.alphaf1.com/gp3/
You would look under downloads, go to fantasy tracks, and go to 9 fantasy tracks, and select Autodromo Bellini. Even though it is called "fictional" it seemed to me to be Monza with the banking.

After a lot of searching I found a site which had it locally(instead of linking to a now non-existent page)
http://vulcan.spacep...ckautodromo.zip
From what I can tell from the old gp2 track it's close to being(an inverted) Monza but not quite, the oval section crosses the roadtrack twice and it doesn't use the s/f straight twice.
This was at 1st glance though, will try it out tommorow to be sure..

Looking at the grid in this photo from Forix, it seems like cones were used along the centre of the start/finish straight. But I thought I'd seen photos somewhere without the cones ...
