I would say 0 laps, because either his car will stall or the gear box will break, before he has finished his first lap.

I don't think he'll make the 107%.
But, assuming they let him race anyway, a deficit of 16 sec/lap would make it sometime during lap 6, if he stays on track and doesn't crash out.

9 secs per lap amounts to 99 secs -> 1 minute 39 seconds ie. a bit over a lap for michael
